Epstein was architect and engineer of record for this 16-story, 39-unit luxury condominium apartment building in Chicago, Illinois. The art-deco structure also includes a three-level parking garage. The Elm Tower was awarded a Midwest Construction - Best of 2002 Award for residential design.
