Epstein is providing architectural services as the executive architect of record along side design architect, RTKL Chicago, for an 11-story mixed-use residential building along the Hudson River in West New York, New Jersey. The project consists of approximately 274 units with 2 story retail and parking garage below. ISI, Epstein's interior design subisidary, is providing design services for the public spaces and model units.
