Epstein served as architect and engineer of record and structural engineer for this flagship retail store located on Michigan Avenue, in the heart of Chicago's Magnificent Mile. This project consisted of approximately 25,000 square feet, including retail, computer repair, and storage space contained within an existing four-story structure located on Chicago’s main shopping district of Michigan Avenue. The space also contains employee training facilities and a workshop/laboratory area, with a demonstration area and executive briefing room. Bohlin Cywinski Jackson was the design architect for this project.
