Epstein is providing architectural design services for the new Lincolnshire South Downtown Project which will consist of five 1-story buildings for retail users, totaling about 56,000 square feet, with adjacent on-grade parking for approximately 345 cars. Building exteriors will likely be primarily brick masonry to be architecturally consistent with earlier phases of Lincolnshire Downtown Development, and building interiors will be “white box” in nature.
