Epstein provided engineering and project management services for the reconstruction of 4,600 lineal feet of existing roadway and the construction of 4,800 lineal feet of new roadway on an accelerated schedule. Over a two-year time period, Epstein coordinated with six subconsultants as well as with contracting agencies and utility companies in the Chicago area.
