Epstein provided civil engineering, project management and landscape architectural services for 1.3 miles of urban streetscape improvements along West Fullerton, from Central Park to Kedzie Avenue. The Project included analysis of alternatives, and coordination and liaison with public agencies, utilities and local community groups. Urban streetscape improvements consisted of new landscaping, planters, lighting, sidewalks and street furniture.
