Epstein provided architectural and engineering design services for the renovation of two storm water pumping stations located in Cook County, Illinois. The project responsibilities included supervision and coordination of multi-discipline design for the rehabilitation of the two existing stations located along Route 41 in District One. The project included architectural, electrical controls, heating and ventilation, hydraulic, mechanical, civil and structural improvements. The contract documents consisted of a pump station report, drawings, specifications and cost estimate.
