SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT DIRECTOR OF TECHNICAL ARCHITECTURE Scott Marker joined Epstein in 1992, bringing with him more than 20 years of experience in the industry. Mr. Marker is responsible for the technical development and coordination of construction systems and documents as well as construction and post-construction administration. Mr. Marker also directs and manages team coordination with architects, engineers, contractors, clients, and public agencies. His experience includes international relations for work in, and team members from, the United Kingdom, Austria, Egypt, France, Holland, Italy, Japan, Poland, and Spain.
