VICE PRESIDENT Rich Kooy, P.E. joined Epstein in 2004, bringing with him more than 20 years of business development, engineering and technology experience in global design/build construction. Mr. Kooy seeks to identify and understand customer needs and opportunities, and then develops contractual arrangements for Epstein to reliably serve customers in a wide variety of market sectors, including commercial, industrial, manufacturing, processing, distribution, energy/utilities, educational, hospitality and R&D.
