SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT DIRECTOR OF CONSTRUCTION Randy Tharp joined the Epstein organization in 2001 and brings extensive experience in the design/build, construction management and general contracting of office, interior, warehouse/distribution and manufacturing facilities to the Epstein team. In the last decade, he has led the design and construction of over 8 million square feet of build-to-suit and speculative development space in the Greater Chicago area and the Midwest region. At Epstein he directs the operations of the construction group and focuses on delivering high value and market-responsive facility solutions to our customers.
