VICE PRESIDENT - CONSTRUCTION Mr. Dierker joined A. Epstein and Sons International, Inc. in 1986 and has over 30 years of experience in construction management and civil engineering. He oversees all aspects of project construction from initial concept and budget preparation through construction documents to completion of construction. This includes budget development, contract administration, schedule preparation and compliance by contractors, the procurement of supplies and materials, cost control, and review of contractors’ billing extras with recommendations for their acceptance or rejection.
