Vice President Pre-Construction Services Mr. Huber joined Epstein in 1988 and has over 20 years of construction industry experience. Mr. Huber provides conceptual and final cost estimating, value engineering, and procurement services for industrial and commercial projects. In addition, he is responsible for prequalifying bids, soliciting and reviewing bids, and recommending awards.
