Senior Vice President Director of MEP Engineering Mr. Leung joined A. Epstein and Sons International, Inc. in 2007 and has over 18 years of experience in the engineering of MEP/FP systems for office buildings, hotels, residential developments, medical facilities and museums/performing arts structures. Prior to joining Epstein Mr. Leung was Associate Partner in Building Services/Sustainable Design Department for Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP. In this role he was responsible for leading the MEP building service system design and specification team from conception through construction. Mr. Leung has extensive experience in incorporating the most sustainable, innovative and sensible solutions that cater to the needs of each project. At Epstein, Mr. Leung is responsible for providing management and direction for Epstein’s MEP engineers who specialize in the design of utilities systems including refrigeration, HVAC, steam, compressed air, water and fire protection.
