SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT CO-DIRECTOR OF CIVIL ENGINEERING Mr. O’Neill joined Epstein in 2004 bringing with him over 15 years of civil engineering design experience. He has worked as project principal, project manager and lead design engineer on a variety of projects, from complex multi-disciplined projects to simple rehabilitation. Mr. O’Neill is experienced in the management of all phases of multifaceted design and construction projects from contract negotiation and administration through project closeout.
