Epstein's tradition of success
can be tied directly to the strength and character of its
leadership. In an age of fluctuating market conditions and
management transition, Epstein is proud to acknowledge the
stability and dedication of its core leaders. The firm is
headed by three executive managing directors, Michael Damore,
John Patelski and Jim Jirsa, who have a combined 50 years
of experience with Epstein. Mr. Damore is the president of
Epstein’s architecture and interior design, Mr. Patelski
is the firm’s president of engineering and construction
and Mr. Jirsa is the Chief Financial Officer. This modern
organization approach provides Epstein with a simpler management
structure that allows the firm to focus on providing creative
and profitable architecture, engineering, and construction
services that fully serve our clients’ needs and objectives.
Beyond its core leaders, the firm acknowledges that the
well-being and hopes of the firm belong in the hands of
its designers, engineers, and support staff. With this thought
in mind, the Epstein Employee Stock Option Program was created.
Epstein has evolved from a management-owned organization
to one that is fully employee-owned. This progression illustrates
the confidence that Epstein's leaders have in their employees
and, in turn, further nurtured the firm’s employee-first
culture.
