SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT Tom Scheckelhoff joined Epstein in 1998 bringing with him over 30 years of project management experience. Mr. Scheckelhoff's primary responsibilities include professional service and consultant contracts, establishing and monitoring internal financial performance, establishing and monitoring project schedules, and providing day-to-day contact with clients, consultants, and contractors. He has extensive experience in large, complex, multi-million dollar projects. Mr. Scheckelhoff is currently the Project Manager for the 353 North Clark, 45-story, 1,450,000 square foot office tower located in downtown Chicago.
