EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT Allen Pomerance joined A. Epstein and Sons in 1983 and has over 30 years of experience in the project management of large, urban, public sector projects. Mr. Pomerance has been involved in the top level management of several mega-projects vital to the Chicago area economy. He currently serves as Epstein’s Principal-in-Charge for the New Midway Airport Development Program. For this $750,000,000 program, he oversees the general administration of the Design Team comprised of 20 design subconsultants, as well as day-to-day design management and construction administration work.
