SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT Mr. Dix joined Epstein in April 2003 and is currently serving as project director for the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center Expansion. Mr. Dix has nearly 30 years of experience in the design and management of office buildings, educational facilities, hotels, banks, and transportation centers.
