VICE PRESIDENT Theresa Pelletier joined Epstein in 1990 and is currently responsible for the management of Epstein’s roadway transportation projects. Ms. Pelletier has managed projects for numerous City of Chicago and State of Illinois entities including the Illinois Department of Transportation as well as the City of Chicago’s Department of Transportation and Sewers. In addition to her management abilities, Ms. Pelletier is skilled in all facets of roadway design including drainage, grading, earthwork, pavement design and horizontal and vertical alignment.
