Scott Kupperman joined Epstein
in 1999. His responsibilities include providing assistance to
retailers, corporate clients and industrial owners in all phases
of pre-development activities, as well as program management
of the development process. Mr. Kupperman brings 15 years of
experience to Epstein, with more than 11 years of experience
working for one of Florida’s largest community developers.
His background includes the marketing, permitting and disposition
of over $300 million dollars in land asserts to a diversified
array of retailers, developers and jurisdictional bodies.
